W3-studio was founded in 1999 out of a love of art, technology, and a desire to combine the two in a way to help small businesses get on the web and stay there! As friends and business partners, we love working together. It is that sense of fun and passion that gives w3-studio its edge. Our names are hard to spell, but our work is easy to remember!

Gita Hazemi
gitaI am a programmer and engineer by training with a strong background in web technologies, website design and development. I completed a Masters degree at Imperial College of London University, England, in nuclear reactor science and engineering and a Bachelor of Science Degree in physics at the National University of Iran. I was also a math instructor at American College in London, and co-founder of a non-profit that taught Farsi to all ages.

I immigrated to the U.S. in 1990. It is said that you can't be an engineer and artist at the same time! I say you can be both! I started teaching web technology courses at West Valley College and also obtained an Associate of Art Degree in digital media, design and production.

While adept in the sciences, Gita has always pursued her love of art…as a doll maker, a watercolorist, oil painter, craftsman and model maker. Gita remarks, “I am following my passion. I use both sides of my brain”. She spent 12 years in London and traveled the European countries extensively. Visit my art portfolio.
